TrueSkin Wholesale

Terms of service

Last updated 9 August 2026

These terms cover reseller.trueskintattoo.com, the TrueSkin wholesale portal. They are separate from the terms covering the TrueSkin marketing site at trueskintattoo.com, and separate again from Amazon's terms, which govern retail purchases of TrueSkin there.

By applying for an account or using this portal, you accept these terms.

Accounts are granted, not opened

This is a trade service. Applying does not create an account — we review every application by hand and may approve or decline it at our discretion. We are not obliged to give a reason for declining.

If approved, you are responsible for your account: keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly at support@trueskintattoo.com if you believe someone else has access to it. Wholesale pricing shown in this portal is commercially confidential — it is for your business's use in buying from us, not for publication or for sharing with third parties.

We may suspend an account. Suspension removes access; it does not cancel orders already confirmed, and it does not delete your order history.

How ordering works

Read this part carefully, because it differs from ordinary online checkout.

Submitting an order is a request, not a contract

When you submit an order in this portal you are asking us to supply those goods. No contract of sale is formed at that moment. We review the request, quote freight@if (Tax::isCollected()) and taxes@endif, and confirm it — or decline it. A binding order exists only once we have confirmed it to you. Until then we may decline or adjust it, including where stock, pricing or a delivery constraint has changed.

Paying for an order

Confirming an order requires a payment card on file. The card is held by Stripe, our payment processor — it is never stored on TrueSkin's systems, and we see only the brand, the last four digits and the expiry date.

When you confirm an order you agree that we may charge the confirmed total to that card when the order ships. Shortly before dispatch we place an authorisation, which holds the funds without taking them; your bank may show this as a pending transaction. The money is only taken when the order actually ships. If we cancel the order before then, the hold is released.

The amount charged is the total you confirmed. If anything about the order changes after you confirm, it comes back to you for confirmation again rather than being charged at a different figure.

If the card is declined we will hold the order, not cancel it, and ask you to update the card. Invoicing and delivery arrangements otherwise remain as agreed with you directly.

What the product is for

TrueSkin is synthetic practice material for tattoo artists and people learning the trade. It is intended to be tattooed as a practice surface. It is not a medical device, it is not skin, and it is not intended for application to any person or animal. Nothing here is training, certification, medical or safety advice — practice, licensing and hygiene remain your responsibility and are subject to the rules of your own jurisdiction.

If you resell TrueSkin, you are responsible for how you describe it to your own customers, and for any regulatory requirements that apply where you sell.

Accuracy

We describe products as accurately as we can. Manufacturing tolerances mean measurements are nominal rather than exact, and photography and screen rendering can shift colour. Specifications may change.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt this site, access it by automated means, share your credentials, or attempt to reach data belonging to another account.

Content and ownership

The TrueSkin name, logo, product photography, and the text and design of this portal belong to TrueSkin. Please do not copy, republish or reuse any of it without permission.

Disclaimer and liability

This portal is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueSkin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and none of it affects rights you have that cannot be contracted out of.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Material changes affecting open orders will be communicated to you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute arising from them will be submitted to the courts of the Province of Quebec.

A note on what this document is

These terms were written to describe accurately how this service actually operates. They are a factual description, not legal advice, and they have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
